A Barnstable Student's Typical Day
Barnstable Academy students have the opportunity to take diverse classes from superb educators who care about our students. Students enjoy our varsity sports, performing arts programming, recording studio, student lounges, pool table and other components of our unique program designed to facilitate a positive social environment and personal growth.
Typical Day
Barnstable Academy offers our academic classes in the morning utilizing our small group instruction model. Students enjoy a mid-morning break and following that students move into their enrichment classes where they have the opportunity to choose fun, hands- on classes to explore an area of interest such as Zoology and Dissection, Cartooning and Knitting for a Cause. There are two more academic class periods following the enrichment classes. After the conclusion of academic classes, students enjoy a school-wide lunch period and proceed to their elective classes (street hockey, performing arts, war strategies, art, basketball, etc.).
